Cannot Find table ..... Errors.
Certain builds of version 2.6.0 contained tables in upper case that caused some errors.
Download v2.6.1 as all the tables are now in lower case.

I went to the connection mapping screen, and there is no switch? I cannot proceed any further.
This is most likely because you have no added a switch yet!
If you add a switch you will see the option.

DCA Won't install. Getting BAD http://localhost/dca error when trying to install from the root directory
There is a bug in DCA where if you install it off of the root directory you receive
ERROR BAD http://localhost/dca
Then it returns you...
