How do I manually create the DCA MySQL Database and Tables on Windows?

Assuming you have mysql installed and running, here is how you can manually setup the database and tables.


Starting at the following section "Now it is time to test MySQL" on

http://www.azazia.com/docs/dca/unix_setup.htm


Ensure that you have the PATH to MySQL (ex. C:\wamp\bin\mysql\mysql5.1.36\bin) in your PATH statement.
Then follow the remaining instructions.


If choose to re-run the DCA setup, when you get to the setup screen you can uncheck the 'create database' and 'create tables' if you manually created the tables.
